Meet the Team
Luke Zimmer
Principal
Luke Zimmer is the owner and principal consultant at Skariphos Consulting, which provides online community strategy advice to non-profits, associations, and small businesses. He graduated from Indiana University with degrees in Journalism and Anthropology, and after working for associations and nonprofits for nearly a decade, began consulting full time in 2019.
In addition to his work, Luke is an avid gardener who loves discovering new, unexpected plants sprouting in his yard. He also spends an inordinate amount of time trying to entertain his two cats, often to little effect. He has much better luck with his dog, who is excited by anything that moves.
Luke currently lives with his pets and partner in Angola, Indiana.
Sarah Geiger
Social Media Specialist
Sarah Geiger is a social media specialist, joining Skariphos in July 2021. She brings social media management skills and more than a decade of customer service experience to the team. Sarah resides in DeKalb County, Indiana, with her boyfriend, four cats and three-legged dog.
Outside of work, Sarah loves to travel, go to concerts and she doesn’t need much persuading to join an adventure. She has visited 20 US states (with the goal of visiting all 50), Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales, Mexico and cannot wait to start traveling again!

Peter Robertson
Creative Lead
Peter Robertson is creative lead at Skariphos Consulting, helping clients build inclusive, creative content and visual identities that represent their organization’s values and mission. He graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting and has spent his entire life creating unique art and designs.
In his free time, Peter enjoys cooking, drawing and anticipating his next cup of coffee. He is also attempting to teach himself how to play the banjo (to the dismay of all those nearby), and loves clanging on old, out-of-tune pianos.
Peter presently resides in Angola, Indiana with his partner, cats and dog.
